• Sports psychologist and nutritionist to speak to level 6-10 at competitive camp

• Competition Etiquette for levels 1-10

• Parent Seminars for psychology, nutrition, and etiquette for $10.00 each

• College Scholarship Information for Parents of levels 6-10 for $10.00 each

Girl’s Xcel Competitive Camp

Avalon Park Location

The best camp to improve current skills and work lead up skills for the next level on all events.  Both camps include one day free at Aquatica during the week camp. 

Girl’s Compulsory Camp

August 1-2, 2026

Lake Mary Location
Get the competitive advantage, all routines are trained in detail then critiqued and judged.
