Fitnastics / Ninja Classes


Join us for Ninja training!  Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques.

Classes Include:

  • Jumping course
  • Tumbling
  • Trampoline
  • Combat training
  • Rope climbing
  • Flexibilility training
  • Ninja style conditioning

Junior Ninja – Ages 5 – 8

Ninja – Ages 9 & up


Come and join our Fitnastics class where your child can improve in flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance in each class.  The program is designed for year round use to develop a physically active lifestyle for today’s youth.  Your child can benefit from this class in so many ways, such as:
